This special takeovers features an inspired menu created by Chef Jessica. Through Caribe Azul, she blends culture, creativity, and hospitality to deliver Latin Caribbean catering in Sacramento
and Northern California that is bold in flavor and thoughtful in execution.

Food Waste Reduction Plan

All leftover edible food from the events at Empress Tavern will be donated to NorCal Resist’s Community Meal program, which distributes excess prepared food to Sacramento neighbors who are food-insecure. All organic waste will be collected by ReSoil/Green Restaurant Alliance Sacramento for composting.
