Scott Davidson

Scott Davidson joins the team as Culinary Manager for Events at Empress, bringing over 30 years of combined food service experience and non profit leadership. A Rancho Cordova native, Scott’s early career was spent with Slocum House, Paragary Restaurant Group, Serrano Country Club and others, before graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY campus. Love of travel and experience led to positions across the Nation, including Montana, Texas and Georgia. Most recently from Saint John’s Program for Real Change, a Sacramento non profit organization, Scott developed a passion for mentorship and fostering community relationships that support those in need, an experience he is excited to apply to the mission of Alchemist CDC.
